Afterschool Tutoring and Enrichment Program for Middle Students in Grades 6-8
Florecer (To Blossom) is a middle school after-school enrichment program design for students from 6th to 8th grade from local public and private schools. Florecer offers age appropriate academic tutoring and support, leadership development, mentorship, cultural awareness and appreciation, and high-school preparation support. Students work with a passionate staff and group of volunteers from the community and local colleges and universities to achieve their academic and high school goals and gain a deeper cultural awareness and appreciation.

Florecer es un programa de enriquecimiento después de escuela para estudiantes de 6º a 8º grado de escuelas públicas y privadas locales. Florecer ofrece apoyo y tutoría académicos apropiados para la edad, desarrollo de liderazgo, tutoría, conocimiento y apreciación cultural, y apoyo para la preparación de la preparatoria (high school). Los estudiantes trabajan con un personal apasionado y un grupo de voluntarios de la comunidad y universidades locales para lograr sus objetivos académicos y prepararlos para la preparatoria y ganar una conciencia y apreciación cultural mas profunda. |
