La Casa de Amistad’s Immigration Legal Services program is recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals* (BIA), a branch of the US Department of Justice, to provide high-quality, low-cost immigration legal consultations, representation, and assistance to immigrants of all nationalities, orientations, and religious backgrounds in need of affordable immigration services.
Our agency is an affiliate of CLINIC (Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc.) and we employ a full-time DOJ Accredited Representative and immigration counseling staff. We also receive technical, legal support from local immigration attorneys.
La Casa de Amistad’s immigration services and programs foster inclusion, promote integration, and strengthen our community as we help individuals, unite families, and support immigrants in their move forward along the path to citizenship, bringing more stability and investment in our community.
